Lachlan's Line
Lachlan’s Line is an Affordable and Social Housing project being developed by Link Wentworth.
The project comprises 140 units in two 13 storey towers. There is a single basement car park.
Link Wentworth obtained a DA complying with the Lachlan’s Line Masterplan DA. Touchstone Partners is managing the project from Concept Design to completion.
Link Wentworth was keen to explore value management through an ECI process. Touchstone Partners has procured an ECI contractor and is working with the ECI contractor to develop the design to meet the budget.
The project brief requires compliance with the Apartment Design Guide, the Link Wentworth brief, Homes NSW Specification, the Design and Building Practitioners Act and the Building Code of Australia.
Construction is expected to commence in early 2026, with completion in mid-2028.
