39 Hunter Street
39 Hunter Street, otherwise known as the Perpetual Trustee Company Building, is a 10 storey heritage listed building in Sydney. Owned by the Kador Property Company, the building was renovated in 1996 under a Heritage Conservation Plan, after which a whole of building tenant occupied the building on a long term lease.
With the term for the lease expiring, Kador is taking the opportunity to do some base building upgrades in advance of another whole of building lease taking possession in early 2026.
Touchstone Partners is managing the upgrade of the End of Trip facilities in the basement, which included procurement of the interior designer, management of the design, procurement of the fitout contractor and superintendence of the works.
Touchstone Partners is also Tenancy Coordinator for the new tenancy.
