Touchstone Partners acts as Independent Certifier across related agreements between the developer, anchor tenant, D&C Contractor and investors.

 

On the edge of the Swan River the building offers exceptional views over the Swan River, Supreme Court Gardens and Langley Park. The project has been designed to complement the surrounding new Elizbeth Quay precinct and provide linkage to the Perth CBD.

 

Chevron is the anchor tenant and will locate its Australian headquarters to One The Esplanade on completion in Q1 2023.

 

The 29 level landmark PCA Premium Grade office tower will provide approximately 57,000 m2 of office floor space; accommodating approximately 4,500 people. The adjoining podium buildings house retail, dining, a gym, onsite childcare. Premium end of trip facilities are provided for office tenants.

 

The building has been designed to achieve leading sustainability ratings including 5 Star NABERS and Green Star ratings and an IWBI WELL Gold Core rating.
